Weboku LLP
Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At Weboku LLP, we aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing, web development, and related services. This Refund Policy explains under what circumstances refunds may be requested and how we handle them. Please read it carefully before engaging our services.
2. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all paid services we offer, including but not limited to:
- Digital marketing · SEO, paid ads (Google, Meta, etc.), content creation, email marketing, analytics, conversion optimization
- Web development · websites, e-commerce stores, custom applications
- Design & branding · graphics design, brand strategy, digital business cards
- Technical services · web hosting setup, domain registration, Google My Business optimization
Specific project terms may be outlined in your proposal, contract, or scope document and will take precedence where they differ from this policy.
3. General Refund Principles
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., rankings, traffic, revenue). Results depend on many factors beyond our control; therefore, refunds are not granted solely because expected results were not achieved.
- Refunds may be considered only when we have failed to deliver the agreed scope of work as per the signed proposal or contract, and only for the portion of fees corresponding to undelivered work.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email) to support@weboku.com within the timeframes stated below.
4. One-Time Projects (Websites, Design, Setups)
For one-time deliverables such as website development, logo/brand design, hosting or domain setup, and similar projects:
- Before work begins: If you cancel before we have started substantive work, we may refund any advance payment minus a reasonable administrative fee (if applicable and as stated in your agreement).
- After work has started: No refund is due for work already completed and delivered. For partially completed work, we may offer a partial refund only for the unused portion of the fee, at our discretion and as documented in the project agreement.
- Deposits or advance payments are generally non-refundable once production has begun, unless we are unable or unwilling to complete the agreed scope.
5. Retainer & Recurring Services (SEO, Ads, Digital Marketing, etc.)
For ongoing services such as SEO packages, ad management, content creation, email marketing, and analytics:
- Fees are typically billed in advance (e.g., monthly). Refunds for the current billing period are not provided for work already performed (reports, campaigns, content, optimizations) during that period.
- If you wish to cancel, you may do so with written notice as per your contract. No refund will be made for the period already paid for; cancellation will apply from the next billing cycle.
- If we are unable to deliver the core deliverables agreed for a paid period (e.g., no reports, no campaigns run, no content delivered), you may request a proportional refund for that period. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within 10–15 business days.
6. Third-Party Costs
Amounts paid to third parties on your behalf (e.g., ad spend, domain/hosting registration, stock assets, tools, licenses) are generally non-refundable by us. Refunds for such costs, if any, must be pursued directly with the respective provider.
7. Time Limit for Refund Requests
Any request for a refund must be sent to us in writing within 30 (thirty) days of the date of the relevant invoice or completion of the disputed deliverable. Requests received after this period will not be considered for refund.
8. How We Process Refund Requests
- You must email support@weboku.com with a clear description of the service, invoice reference, and reason for the refund request.
- We will review your request and may ask for additional information. We aim to respond with a decision within 10–15 business days.
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the same method of payment used for the original transaction (or an agreed alternative) within 15–30 business days after approval.
- Approved refunds may be subject to deduction of any costs already incurred (e.g., third-party spend, work already delivered) as documented in your agreement.
9. Disputes & Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request a further review. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly. Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in your contract.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For existing contracts, the policy in effect at the time of engagement may apply as referenced in your agreement.
